Account Health Risk Simulator
Suspension is rarely a surprise: the metrics signal for weeks, but sellers fix the wrong one because nothing tells them which is closest to the line. This tool does the ordering.

Headroom to thresholds

Inside the thresholds, but with little headroom

How it's calculated
Five metrics are computed — order defect rate, late shipment rate, pre-fulfilment cancellations, valid tracking and late responses — each scored by how much headroom is left, not merely whether it has breached.
The thresholds are editable, deliberately. Platforms revise them and they differ per marketplace; hard-coding them would hand you false confidence. Take yours from your own dashboard.
Open policy warnings cut the score separately. A single open warning can suspend an account with perfect metrics, which is why closing warnings comes before improving rates.
The result highlights the tightest metric and what to do about that one. Trying to improve all five at once usually improves none.
What people most often forget
- Response time is a metric, not a courtesy. Weekend messages answered on Monday quietly accumulate breaches. Use holiday mode or an auto-acknowledgement.
- Cancellations are nearly always a stock sync problem. Selling what you don't have breaks the metric and the trust at once; the fix is automation, not apology.
- Rates are volatile at low volume. One defect in fifty orders is a 2% ODR. On a new account a single bad experience can breach the threshold.
- Promise realistic handling times. Three days instead of two barely dents conversion and keeps the late rate near zero — always the better trade.
- Check weekly. This tool doesn't replace your dashboard; a metric caught before it breaches takes days to fix, not weeks.
Scope, sources and freshness
This is a self-check and does not predict platform decisions. Real outcomes also depend on product safety, IP complaints, verification and manual review. Thresholds are your inputs and vary by marketplace — your seller dashboard is the authority. Your inputs stay in the browser.

Frequently asked
What is ODR and why does it matter so much?
Order defect rate: negative feedback, A-to-z claims and chargebacks over total orders. It weighs heaviest in suspension decisions because it measures customer experience directly.
My metrics are fine but I got a warning — now what?
Prioritise the warning. An open policy violation risks the account whatever your rates say. Read the stated reason, make the requested correction and track it to closure.
Rates swing wildly on my new account — is that normal?
Yes. At low volume a single event moves the rate a long way. Be over-cautious on handling and response times until volume smooths it.
What happens if my account is suspended?
Selling stops and funds are usually held. Reinstatement needs a plan of action: root cause, corrective steps and permanent prevention. Prevention is incomparably cheaper.
