What's the difference between the packages?
Discovery & Strategy is for brands still deciding which market or channel to enter. Brand Launch means you've chosen a channel and are ready to go live. Multi-Channel Scale is for brands opening multiple channels simultaneously.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The first 30-minute discovery call is completely free and there's no sales pressure. We listen to your product, goal and timeline, and give you an honest assessment.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Launch packages are one-time projects. Retainer services start with a 3-month commitment, then renew monthly. No lock-in — we don't think you should pay for a service that isn't producing results.
Do I need to set up a company abroad to sell internationally?
Not required, but a US LLC makes Amazon US and most payment processors much smoother. Company setup consulting is included in Brand Launch and above.
