How our prototyping process works

• 1. Idea to CAD: we turn your sketch, photo or existing product into a measured CAD model; revisions iterate quickly on the model.
• 2. 3D-printed prototype: the model becomes a physical part — form, dimensions and assembly are verified on something you can hold.
• 3. Production prep: we prepare production-ready files (STEP/STL, technical drawings) and coordinate sampling with your supplier.

Why an e-commerce-focused prototyping partner?

Print shops make parts; we develop products. Our difference is thinking about the prototype together with e-commerce realities: does the part fit an FBA size tier, does the packaging inflate dimensional weight, how does insert design affect review rates? We developed our own brands' products and packaging through this exact process — we don't commit money to molds before 3D-printed validation, and we won't let you either.
